The Planning Board of the Town of Richland will meet at the H. Douglas Barclay Courthouse, Pulaski, NY on Tuesday January 21, 2024, at 6:30 PM to conduct a public hearing on the following:
Application # 24-89 & 90 submitted by Wayne & Nicole Dupree located at 7627 St. Rt. 3 for a special permit and site plan for a retail sales and service.
Application # 24- 92 & 93 submitted by David & Brenda Walter for a special permit and site plan for the construction of 12 cabins. Bathhouse. 55 x 100 Event pavilion. 16 x 30 stage area. 2 relocated mini storage buildings. 12 x 24 walk-in cooler. 12 x 64 covered driving range located at 6919-27 St. Rt. 3 Pulaski, NY 13142.
The above application(s) are open for inspection at the office of the Zoning Enforcement Officer, at the H. Douglas Barclay Courthouse, Pulaski, NY 13142. Due to the rising costs of culvert pipe, labor, and materials, the Town of Richland Town Board and the Highway Superintendent have concluded that the service of installing driveways at no cost is no longer feasible. This new policy will become effective January 1, 2025.
